This Satake Cyborg Double-Nine is a Hyper Hobby Magazine #16 Exclusive that was released in May 2000.  Satake is packaged comes in a DX (deluxe) box over a chrome Cyborg 99 body (with Green eyes) and includes a pair of gloves, and two sets of hands (shown above), Japan karate outfit, and Super Monster Tem boxing shorts (shown below). 

This particular Cyborg 99 figure has been on my wants list for a very long time, and thanks to Keishi Sadamura of Red Mercury Co., LTD. for bidding/winning Satake from Yahoo Japan Auctions at a whopping 4000 yen in April 2009. 

Masaaki Satake was one of Japan's most popular and successful K-1 kick boxers in the '90's and possesses a black belt in karate.
